Eileen is a Group Fitness Instructor certified with the American Council on Exercise (A.C.E).

"Staying fit is something I do for myself but also benefits those around me. We can't forget to make ourselves a priority. We are all busy so finding time to exercise can be a challenge. But as a stress-reliever and energy booster, there is nothing better than a good workout!"

Eileen enjoys teaching classes and sharing her passion with others. She also runs, bikes, and stays active at her hobby farm in Minnesota.

"Don't forget to find time to relax! Downtime can be just as important as your workout regimine. Learning to listen to our bodies is a key element to overall wellness."
